Calvin Lutz is a part-time instructor in the Department of Statistics at the University of Pittsburgh. He received his M.A. in Applied Statistics from the University of Pittsburgh in 2016, and has taught there since that time. He works full-time as an analyst at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC) where he specializes in healthcare and human capital analytics, focusing on predictive modeling and the integration of disparate data sources. Additionally, he has co-authored several papers in the healthcare field.
